My woodpecker oil painting

I have now completed my Great Spotted Woodpecker oil painting- I used a photo taken by Malcolm Graham as reference. It was so enjoyable to do and I love the stunning feathers.

I often hear woodpeckers when walking my doggies, and usually stand for a while looking through the trees trying to see them, but I very rarely do!
